Currently, the primary method of making a donation is via cheque or cash or credit card at a staffed desk or office.  Our technology allows for self serve, debit, the most popular method of payment in Canada and credit card to be used to make a donation on site in real time and instant tax receipting at the kiosk.

Impulse Giving
The optimal moment to solicit a donation is when a visitor or member is passing through and feels compelled to give due to the excellent services provided.  By placing the kiosk in high traffic and highly visible locations the kiosk will be used and special programs can be announced at the kiosk identifying specific and urgent needs.

No Cash or Cheques
Failure with the current system is if a donation is not made at the venue due to the potential donor not having cash or cheques with them or it is too inconvenient to give, chances are the donation will never be made.  We expect that donations will increase dramatically, appealing to those that have no cash or cheques or prefer to pay via debit or credit card.

Anonymity
The donor can give without feeling that someone is judging the amount of the gift.

DECREASED LABOUR AND BANKING COSTS

• Currently the organization requires personnel to assist in the donation process.  Our system will virtually eliminate the need for this extra staff requirement.
  
  
• The charity does not have to provide or mail a charitable receipt as the receipt is provided in real time at the kiosk. The charity is sent all records electronically thus requiring no data entry and avoiding costly errors.
  
  
• The charity will not have to deal with bounced cheques, counting cash or deposits.
