Method of Giving Made Easier
Currently, the primary method of giving tithing or donations is via cheque or cash and in some instances automatic monthly bank withdrawal.  Our technology allows for self serve, debit, the most popular method of payment in Canada and credit card to be used to make a donation on site in real time and instant tax receipting at the kiosk.

CAPTURE MORE DONATIONS

No Cash or Cheques
Failure with the current system is if a donation is not made at the venue due to the potential donor not having cash or cheques with them, chances are the donation will never be made.  They may have every intention of donating next week or another time, however, the impulse to give diminishes with time and the donation forgotten.  We expect that donations will increase dramatically, appealing to those that have no cash or cheques or prefer to pay via debit or credit card.

Anonymity
The donor can give without feeling that someone is judging the amount of the gift.

DECREASED LABOUR AND BANKING COSTS

• Currently the place of worship requires personnel to assist in the donation process.  Our system will decrease the amount of resources required for the accounting of cash and cheques and data entry.
  
  
• The charity does not have to provide or mail a charitable receipt as the receipt is provided in real time at the kiosk for those that are not registered donors.  For those that are registered donors, a final receipt will be provided at year end as it is now.  The charity is sent all records electronically thus requiring no data entry and avoiding costly errors.
  
  
• The charity will not have to deal with bounced cheques, counting cash or deposits.

Increase in Donations
By bringing convenience and opportunity together we are making it easier for the donor to give, thus raising more funds which can be distributed accordingly to the charitable cause.
